In partnership with Laura Miller of Conexus Indiana, I wrote a white paper to provide commentary on the State of Indiana’s Advanced Manufacturing Workforce report and an action plan for improving Indiana’s “leaky” worker pipeline.
To prepare Leakproof: Strengthening Indiana’s Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics Workforce Pipeline, I attended a Conexus joint council event to capture research, notes and quotes; interviewed thought leaders; pored over reports and research; and collaborated with the Conexus team. I also helped source a designer for the project.
